The physician will verbally question the patient about the mental troubles that he/she may be facing, most chances are the patient will not be able to answer them too.
During verbal assessments obvious symptoms going on with the patient will be known, since he won’t be able to focus or remember things. Not right reflexes, eye movement, and speech.
If the patient cannot cooperate the physician will discuss other notes with patient’s partner.
